Paying for charging

Fast is AC charging (7kW single phase; 11kW 3-phase - if you have an LR model MG4)
Rapid would typically mean 50kW DC
Ultra-Rapid would typically be 100+kW DC

These are just my beliefs - I have no source data to support this.
