Satnav - initiating it, MG4 Trophy

Before I ask the question I want to point out that I am 85 yr old Analogue man ! And I don't have a smart phone so please don't talk about "aps"
We have had the car for 2 yrs and 12k satisfactory miles. When we bought it the agent set up the sat nav and it has proved adequate for our needs. Because of the pressure of my multiple medical issues the car did not go into agents for any updating. Recently we did at last have it updated by Evans Halshaw in Grantham under warranty.
It was a few days later that we needed the satnav but the update had cancelled the "permission". Long story short I just can't find the way into the permission to get it going again. It's not convenient to return to Grantham for E-H to sort it.
Can anyone lead me clearly through the process to activate it ? Slowly item by item please.

Although this makes almost no logical sense I did find my way through it and eventually got it working. Interesting that all of our previous destinations were still stored. When I selected "home" it said I had 1 yard to go !! Thanks again
