Water inside charging door.

There's always a bunch of water inside this gap where the door is suppose to close. Because of the angle the water doesn't escape. Everything else seems dry. Ideas? My car charges inside so it's not due to being open when charging.

This came up in another thread. I think there's supposed to be a small drainage hole which cab become blocked.

The drain hole is there, but it's another place, and doesn't affect water in the area in the picture.

Is the seal around the flap intact ?
