Why only 50% charge?

Hi folks,my first time on here.

My Mg4 trophy has recently been charging
To just 50% max on home or public chargers.
Does anyone know why?

Maybe you have set the max to 50% in the infotainment or app charge settings by accident?

Welcome, does it charge OK on a DC CCS rapid charger?

If you are new to EV's you may find the Jerry Pan YouTube channel useful as there are lots of MG4 specific tutorials, this one is about charging and the max level is discussed from about timestamp 12:00

Jerry, you are a life saver! I am in Ireland. First time with an EV. I do not find the MG manual very helpful when looking to see how things actually work. I have just had an issue with charging the car, have not been able to charge it for two days now. Short of going back to the garage, I looked up your video on charging and discovered a setting which had been (accidentally) changed, probably as it's a touch screen! Had a notice of Charging Complete at 50%. Noticed after watching your video, "Charge to Percentage" setting had been changed to 50% full charge, so changed that to 100% and solved the problem. Thanks Jerry - I had the same problem as Patricia above - only charging to 50% understanding the slider bar explained all and problem solved. Pity the manual does not explain regarding % charge as you have.
