I think this means residuals are not going to be good. Just as with earlier cars, heavy discounts are going to undermine the values. But it is great news for me as I look to get one a year old maybe next year, should be pretty cheap.

No, this is a separate tax allowance, so effectively you could have £13750 total before having to pay tax. It is referred to as a Property or Trading Allowance. But if you exceed either allowance you still have to enroll in Self assessment, they don't combine.

Chinese lighting tech is still catching up with the best. Generally where there are omissions it is either because the Chinese do something differently or they are not quite there with the required tech. The number of things like that is fast shrinking.

There are always people who pick on the absence of one feature as a dealbreaker. And many more for whom it is no big deal.

So IF that is accurate, the IM5 LR is 75% as efficient as a Tesla, which means that its 96.5kWh usable battery is effectively 72.4kWh or about 88% of the Tesla's range in the real world. Disappointing but not disastrous.

Yes, I have a schedule on the Zappi. I don't delete it when I connect to IOG for a smart charge, but I think it deletes the schedule automatically, so I have to recreate afterwards, but it is no big deal.

I've used it that way for a very long time. It doesn't interfere. When Octopus is in charge it controls everything. I was still getting problems with no schedule in my Zappi. It might be important for some other chargers or for earlier releases of the Zappi software.

I have never done a 10-100% charge and indeed have never had the car down to 10%, I think 13% was the lowest I once reached. In nearly 3 years I have never had an issue with this. I do charge to 100% to balance once a month roughly but usually from something like 80%.
