It was probably their central Chelmsford office rather than the branch itself.
I had issue with GH Renault having different prices on their booking system than the branch prices and always had to argue about the wrong prices.
Definitely Anker cable - my Apple Original was patchy but Anker always works. Make sure the infotainment is fully up and running before connecting the cable.
When I asked mine they said it sounded normal.
May just get my local garage to do it so I’m safe.
What is the gas type needed and does it include the oil?
