May be obvious but have you unlocked the car? I only ask as I sometimes have to unlock mine a couple of times before the charger will release. From memory it’s something to do with the BMS update that allows charging whilst unlocked.

Having had a company car for 15 years I went with Admiral as they gave the best discount for company car no claims. I used money supermarket and tried a few others too and Admiral was best for me
