The current model MG4 is no longer available to order from the factory for the UK RHD market.

There is still stock on the water, heading to the UK by the end of this year. There is also stock already with dealer partners in the UK, so if you have a car on order, it will still be arriving as planned. It is expected that stock will run out in early 2026.

The ceasing of production of the MG4 is in anticipation of new products which will be unveiled in the New Year.

Interesting! I am not sure if you can share a lot of information on the matter but I am pretty sure I read that the new MG4 that is currently available in China would not be available in Europe?
Will this change or are we looking into a completely new design?

There will be a couple of new models introduced by MG to fill the space left by the current MG4. One of which may look a lot like the current MG4, but with an updated interior. The other may look more like the Chinese MG4. More details will be shared in the New Year.

Interesting!
Curious to see how MG will differentiate between 2 (or maybe more) cars that are essentially covering the same market requirements.

I'd imagine that there will be differing price points, with one offering a Dacia-rivalling price point but with a lower specification and quality of trim, and the other offering a higher price but more technology and a "better" driving experience.

I wouldn't be surprised if they discontinue that chassis all together and europe gets the new MG4 FWD as as well. It's a cheaper car with more tech. Old facelifted MG4 would kinda look silly compared to that, especially at a higher price.
