That's the Australian version, guess the Australian software was loaded at some point then mpu was updated to r39 tur
As I said, it's because your car is running the wrong software. It's not supposed to show DBI something, MG4 was supposed to show SWIXX or SWIXXX (X = digit)
Looking at the photo above it looks to be running SWI169-29958-1100R39

BUT it looks I cannot get password since 1) generator does not work for older FW like mine R08 and 2) Also password extracting does not work on SystemUI V1.0.067 like mine. So I can try 3) complicated extraction of APK from my MG4 and looking for pwd there. Or more complex and complicated 4) upgrade using SIPS. I don't know how ot works at Ukrain, but i just filed a lawsuit (it called "small lawsuit" without lawyer) against the MG official importer. Updates is mandatory by the manufacturer at every service.
You are in Israel, so different laws in your country.
Where is this information written? I understand that the dealer which is only the agent here in Germany must cover the updates costs or you pay them yourself. MG will only pay when it is a known an accepted issue.
There is a service portfolio at iSmart Europe with all the things that should be included at the service (Service A and service B) software updates is part of both of them.
I think that every court in the world that will see the official manufacturer service program, will accept the lawsuit
