Don't forget you'll also need a CPS RFID card. (I have one but haven't ever used a CPS charge point yet, so haven't tried it yet). :D

Is yours an SE LR? If yes, do you have pins in the L2 and L3 slots in your charge port? (To check whether yours supports 3-phase charging).
That’s me signed up to CPS @siteguru and I’ve ordered one of the cards. I see you can use the charging stations with either the RFID card or the smartphone app. Is there a benefit to using one or other do you know or is it just ease of convenience?

On a related note, it looks like I’ll be using CPS sooner rather than later as my Zappi has stopped working. 😳 I unlocked the car and sat down to check the charge %. It said 79% which was good as I had set it to 80%. I saw an infotainment message saying charging had stopped though and went to look at the Zappi. It said there was a comms fault (did I do something I wasn’t supposed to do?) and that I should press and hold for 3 seconds whereupon it started doing a firmware update which led to the following strange list of codes/numbers. Now, nothing works on the Zappi. I’ve sent a message to myEnergi support and joined their forum. First day of using the Zappi and doh! 😅

Have you tried switching it off and on again at the mains?

Yeah, but unfortunately it just showed the same codes/numbers. I left it off for about five minutes. Maybe switching it off for a bit longer might reset it.

If it's anything like my NewMotion/Shell Recharge unit, leaving it off for up to 15 minutes usually does a reset so that could well be all that it needs and, if not, the folks at MyEnergi are very friendly and helpful so should get you back up and running :)

Holding the menu button down for 3 seconds does a reboot of the Zappi, so there's no harm in doing that again, although turning off the power should do the same thing.

If you cannot get in at all, that suggests that the firmware update has failed so myenergi will have to advise how to reset it to factory settings.

If you can get into the menus you can restore to factory settings, it is there under "advanced" I believe.

Charge place Scotland charger at the bonnygate car park and you obviously know about the fast chargers at Tesco, just in case

I started off with the app while I was waiting for my CPS card. It was ok but sometimes took a few attempts to start the charge. I find the card much better and definitely more convenient. Just wave the card at the charger and you're away first time.

I’m in the middle of hoovering. Wife’s wondering why I’m taking a break, but I have more important stuff to read on the forum. 😃 Suffice it to say, I’m following your advice and letting it stay off for longer.

@tsedge Unfortunately, touching the menu button for no matter how long does nothing. 😢 Yeah, the myEnergi folk are a good bunch, so I’ve no worries long term as the warranty is good for two more years.

@Leni16 Yup, and there’s even two at the Fife Folk museum in Ceres, plus I’ve got the backup granny lead, so I’ll be fine short term.

@PeteC Thanks for the heads up. It says the card will take up to two weeks to be delivered, but sounds like it’ll be worth it.

Mines docking in this country this weekend, not how long after that it takes, Drive at Darlington are the dealers, communication is not the greatest, you always have to contact them. My white one must be close.
I've got rubbish Comms from my dealer, they are blaming it on the system which seems legit from comments in here. How did you find out it was docking/which ship it was on? I'm very anxious to get ahold of mine!

I've been told by my dealer that my blue trophy should be with them by this week.

Not sure if it was on the Garnet Ace that docked on the Tyne or is heading to Portbury. Would have thought that less than a week from port to dealer would be very optimistic.
Waiting for mine from a dealer in Gateshead, fingers crossed my grey se arrived (finally!)

I think the way people find out which ship their car could be on is if the dealer gives them a date of when they expect it to either be arriving in the UK or when it's at the docks in Shanghai and then by using vessel trackers on-line they work out which one it could be.

The only info I got was that the car was originally due in on 28th of Feb. Since then I have nothing at all! I don't mind to much that it's late, but being left in the dark is really frustrating!

That's about the same date mine was due in the UK. I rang the dealer last Saturday and was told it's in the UK and has been allocated transport which I presume means it's just waiting for a slot on a car transporter.
