I have been getting a lot of suggested videos on YouTube about car interiors, an example would be a buch of these:

So, i started wondering what has the comunity done so far to improve rhe look and feel of the MG4 interior.

I would love to see some photos or short videos, as well as your story.

Just simple add on.
Phone holder which fit perfectly with the dashboard curvature.
A usb light under the deck, perfect for finding small stuffs in the middle glove box.
Small doll from my kids.
The only thing ruining my view us just the cable, but needed for android auto.

Looks nice. I ordered one that looks like the holder in the video i posted. Only less chrome to hopefully blend in. Fingers crossed.

How is the stability of AA for you? I stopped using it since it always worked long enough to get my hopes up, but than after 30 minutes on the highway, or if the street grid becomes too busy, it would disconnect. At usually just as i need to take a turn or exit the highway. Any prooven usb cable?

I’ve done the foot well lights, Quadlock wireless CarPlay dongle (stuck it underneath the shelf so you can’t see it), a dash mat to help with the heat and glare from the Aussie sun.

I’ve replaced the mat on the wireless charger with a 3D printed one that has MagSafe in it, although it doesn’t really work as well as I had hoped to be honest, maybe with a better phone case.

I also added a little tray in the middle arm rest for some extra storage.
And added some car mats and a mat in the boot.

Not really an interior upgrade but I also added a frunk and gas bonnet struts, and the mudflaps. And I had dashcams installed with an external battery for added runtime in parking mode.

I've posted these on other threads too but might as well put them on this one as well.
Added a storage tray in the top of the centre arm rest, otherwise the storage is deep and things difficult to find.

To help with the lack of light in the back I added a USB ambient light plugged into the rear USB socket. Touch switchable on/off, with LED's facing upwards and downwards.

I've had footwell lights in my cars as far back as my Peugeot 205, when I got my license. So of course this was one accessory high on my list to do. However this is the first time I've had dashcams installed, and as I suspected they used the fuses I was going to use for my light strips. I also wasn't super keen on accessing the fuses in the first place, if one ever blows I might just get the dealer to do that for me (which is probably what they want any way).

So instead of tapping into fuses or another installer's wires (warranty) I ended up buying these strips with a USB-A connector...
