Try formatting your USB stick to exFAT or NTFS instead of FAT32, and make sure your files are not corrupted.

By the way, did you first unzip the files? You need to extract the files first, not place the archive directly onto the USB drive.

Hi everyone. I successfully upgraded my navigation system by downloading the zip file from the MG website using my VIN code. It didn't give any errors during installation, but now the navigation won't open. A loading screen appears, and then it redirects me to the main page. How can I fix this?

MutluCBN, you have probable done what I did, I installed the maps from the MG UK site and bricked the NAV function because the maps are not for the AU/NZ zone.

I finally found a newer AU/NZ maps and finally have a working NAV System.

You will need to find maps that are for your Asian zone.

Thank you for that. I'll find it and try again. I thought it was the correct update because the map files I downloaded included a map of Türkiye.
