I have just had NSR coil spring replaced on my ZS LR CONNECT. Apparently these spring fractures are a known problem. Had to wait six weeks and fortunately was given a hire car under warranty. Just to advise that if your rear end is wobbly on acceleration in sports mode. Check the rear coil springs.

Has anyone noticed the odd prrring sound as you drive along in the MGZS? It only lasts for a very short time and sounds a bit like a zip being used. Could it be some sort of relay? It can happen several times during a journey. It is not intrusive or worrying but I am curious as to what it is.

Can UK versions of MGzs's be pre-heated? I've heard that the Thai versions can unless it also operates the air con. My son's Leaf can, and it is a useful option, extending range in these cold days.
