alarm

Hi guys I have an MG4 and when driving for a couple of hours and alarm goes off with an image of a coffee cup and says something like take a break with incessant beeping. This can’t be switched off and I can’t remove it from the settings can someone help please. Mike

I'm trying to figure out how this works, and how to enable/disable. It seems if someone tries to open the car, the alarm doesn't go off, so I'm not sure what does. Maybe mine is disabled? Any ideas how this exactly works?

Does the MG4 trophy have a internal movement monitor for the alarm and if so how do you switch it off . IE i have dog i occasionaly leave in the car and dont want it setting off the alarm
