Came back from a trip yesterday with 14% left. Went to charge the car but it refused to connect to my Podpoint charger.
The charge port colour was white. When I plugged in it stayed white. I locked the car. 30 seconds later the white light went off. No lights at all. Unplugged.
Unlock car, wake it up, went to plug in again but there were no lights. Left it locked and unplugged for 3 minutes and tried again. After 30 seconds the white light went off, no connection.
Any ideas please? If all else fails I will try my local (and expensive) DC charger.

If this is a permanent issue maybe try to unplug the 12v Battery for an hour or so. If that doesn't do it maybe ask your dealer to redeploy/update the Software for either the CCU (CombinedChargingUnit) or the BMS (BatteryManagementSystem).

Are you sure either the car or the point

Are you sure your car or your pod point timers are not set?

They weren't last night when it didn't work. This morning I hit boost charge in the Podpoint app. The light went green on the 3td charging attempt.
I'll leave it now to do its thing. Only issue is that it's 29.7p per KW rather than 6.7p 😭

White LED on the pod point means no wifi, not sure what it means on the car charge port lights.
As a matter of interest, were all four of the charge socket lights on ?

On my car, White is the current state of charge when unplugged, Blue is current state when plugged but not charging, Green is current state and charging. (From memory).

Agree. Then the Green pulses in quarter segments. Until fully charged or whatever you want. 🙂👍

Ah, I see, mine is more of a light blue when unplugged rather than white.
So it seems the OP's was indicating it was not plugged in, probably a poor connection in the socket maybe ?

Just one light - I was on 14%.
At the 9th attempt I managed to charge during the day at peak rate. I suspect it may be the new Pod Home app causing scheduling issues. It is awful, worst piece of software I've seen in years. I asked to go back to the old super reliable Podpoint app, which involves cancelling my subscription and rewards. Can't wait.

Yes. We have 2 cars and it cannot differentiate. Complain; nothing they can do about it so call closed. Wanted a 100% charge on the other car and it started late and got to 90%. Should be criminal to deploy such shoddy software. Just been emailed and asked to 'share your thoughts'...
