Some Apps or Websites have a copy and paste protection for security reasons therefore they don't paste the original.

What credentials have you used to log in on servicenow.smil.com - I never was able to access this site

Same happened to me. The password was very short compared to the previous time and it ended in a dot. Previously it was like abcde_r21

It seems that the SIPS verification code for the new software can be generated on the servicenow.smil.com website.
I didn't have access to your screen because it only allowed me to change the password.

This is the email I received:
The SNW account can be used as login credentials for SIPS and VDS. In addition, the SIPS verification code, FICM password, and ZXD password can be obtained with the SNW account at MG SNW: SMIL-SERVICENOW

When I logged in using my SNW ID from RMI, I was also prompted to change my password. After changing it, I was then able to log in successfully.
