Weekly charging MG4 LR battery to 100%

Looking at the manual pg 298 it recommends charging battery to 100% weekly. Doesn’t differentiate between the LFP or NCM chemistries. Does anyone do this with the LR battery?

Accepted wisdom is 100% weekly for LFP batteries, and 100% monthly for NMC batteries.

I charge to 100% every time I charge my SE SR (LFP), which is at least weekly if not more so.

I haven't seen the last bit before to take the battery below 10%?
I wouldn't get it back to 100% in 4 hours?

Yes. Same for me and not a problem even with the so called granny charger.
