Think you'll find some MG dealers, will give you Affinity price, even if you don't qualify. There's always a way around it. A sales a sale, for the dealer. They won't be losing out. Plus these days you can probably find a deal, actually cheaper than Affinity. 🙂👍

I got a Granny Charger from Amazon, which was perfect for about 16 months. Then this happened. Not saying all Amazon ones are bad, just be careful. Went back to using the MG supplied Granny Charger. Only stopped using that coz the lead was a tad (4m) short. But everything's ok again. 🙂👍

Bought my X Power in Sept 2024. If I'd listened to reviews, I probably wouldn't have bought it. But I didn't as I've got a mind of me own. And it's been brilliant. Don't get me wrong I'm well aware, others haven't been so fortunate. But I can only speak from my experiences with the car. 🙂👍

Used X Power's are now available at less than 17k and Brand new facelift ones are just over 25k. I'm not disputing there are better performance cars, of course there are. You can get used Performance BMW Merc Audi etc cheaper than a new X Power, but they'll be a lot older, a lot more miles and...

Agree, other slower in a straight line performance cars, would leave it in the twisty bits and certainly on a track. But I'm betting not many if any have took an X Power on a track day. And for everyday driving even on the twisty's the X Power's brakes and suspension set up, is perfectly fine...

That's cobblers. If it's got a full MG service history, then it's got a full corrosion check history. Simple's. If it's not marked down as done (or more likely not even looked at) that's there fault. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter, it's part of your MG service. 😡
