I think it's (once again!) an MG server problem! iSmart wasn't working for a while either.
Same problem for me now and old password doesn't work. Open a dispute on paypal and then they refund you in one month normally.Another strange error!
I actually wanted to download the MCU update for the FICM via SIPS.
I purchased a one-hour subscription (7 euros).

ok. perfect. that worked, and now i have downloaded all the latest software. the vnci manager sees my vnci vdi 3 but the saic vci manager does not see it and says no vci connected. what next.you have to click on your name (top right) on the rmi website and then select the middle menu item, the following pop-up will then show the username and password for SIPS
Desktop on latest release of win 10 and the laptop is on win 11 I beleiveAre your laptop and desktop running different versions of windows? If the same version (e.g. Windows 11), are they both on the same patch release? (e.g. 24H2)
