I think the availability period is based on actual connection time, not a fixed time period from first logging in.

I think it's (once again!) an MG server problem! iSmart wasn't working for a while either.

yep, your old SIPS password.
RMI and SIPS got differents login. RMI = mail and choosen password.
SIPS = Given login and password (but you can change the password from smil website).
iSMART ok for me today

Another strange error!

I actually wanted to download the MCU update for the FICM via SIPS.

I purchased a one-hour subscription (7 euros).

But I don't have a password in my login details?!

Same problem for me now and old password doesn't work. Open a dispute on paypal and then they refund you in one month normally.

Could someone with access to SIPS check the Programming History and Software List using the vehicle's VIN number? I’d like to verify whether the SC077 update was performed on my first service and if any additional updates were made to the modules, considering that the charging module was replaced during the repair of the rear part of the vehicle.

Hi everyone, I've been trying to get iSmart for a while. I own a new HS Phev. My vehicle is giving me a network error, and the iSmart QR code isn't being generated. Furthermore, the weather forecast isn't active. When I check the engineering menu, I don't see the MCU version. When I asked the iSmart Europe team about this, they said my vehicle was scanned in the database and the telematics box wasn't activated. When I reported this to the local service center, they said they wouldn't do it. I don't have a VDI device in my country either. I also can't make payments to the MG RMI website, and PayPal isn't available in my country. Can someone help me? You're a knowledgeable person on Haloweenhamster, what can I do about this? @haloweenhamster

hi there. i now have a vci and an rmi company account. i have everything installed though vds only displays the splash screen and does not open. I have sips installed but no login. i paid the 7 euro for an hour of offboard dianostics access but nothing happened after that. Where do I find my sips login details?

you have to click on your name (top right) on the rmi website and then select the middle menu item, the following pop-up will then show the username and password for SIPS

ok. perfect. that worked, and now i have downloaded all the latest software. the vnci manager sees my vnci vdi 3 but the saic vci manager does not see it and says no vci connected. what next.

OK.

So I am a little further forward. It seems my laptop didnt like my vnci and would not update its firmware, nor would the saic vci manager see it.

Tried my desktop PC and it updated the vnci firmware successfully and now the saic vci manager sees it.

I have now also managed to get it to connect in the vci manager by running as administrator and pressing connect.

I have managed to get sips running on my desktop pc, which I had to carry out to the driveway with the computer sitting on a wee table...

Anyway...

Success. Did a couple of updates during my 1 hour session. Wanted to do more but was worried about the rain so had to abandon ship

Are your laptop and desktop running different versions of windows? If the same version (e.g. Windows 11), are they both on the same patch release? (e.g. 24H2)

Desktop on latest release of win 10 and the laptop is on win 11 I beleive

Today my SIPS access finally worked again.

But only a FICM update was available. (NOT R67!)

There's an update for the VNCI Device Manager from 1.9 to 2.0, but I don't know how to download it?! When I click "Upgrade," something downloads, but then I get the message "Upgrade failed."

On the "official" website, only 1.9 is available.

mi scuso in anticipo se sto postando nel posto sbagliato o se è già stata data una risposta, ma non riesco proprio a trovare nulla di dettagliato al riguardo.

Ho una MG ZS 15 VTI e volevo accedere al menu di ingegneria (ho anche una certa familiarità con Android e vari sviluppi, ma assolutamente non nel settore automobilistico).

Come o con quale software posso trovare questa password?
M i ritrovo con questa richiesta in cinese dopo il tocco dei 4 punti

Questo è forse l'unico posto in cui vedo discussioni serie sull'accesso ADB, ecc., ma sono ancora bloccato al passaggio precedente.

How or with what software can I find this password?
I'm getting this prompt in Chinese after tapping the 4 dots.

This is perhaps the only place I've seen serious discussions about ADB access, etc., but I'm still stuck at the previous step.
