Hello, I updated my MG4 trophy from R40 to R59, one of the updates failed and now the car is showing alerts for all the systems in the dash screen. Later I was able to install R59 and now the infotainment system is showing the R59 firmware, but I still have all the alerts. I tried to reprograme all the modules using SIPS, but didn't solve the problem. Can someone help me?
Maybe with VDS I could do something, but I don't know why when I try to install it, it says "netsh firewall is obsolete" and won't finish the install
Make sure you are applying the correct files for the head unit on usb. Run the auto update in sips “update all” as I recall. That lists every module with firmware and calibration vs what’s latest on the servers - you want green ticks on all of them (this is a hellish process) and if any fail - fvcm as I recall took 9 attempts and reprogramming as a replacement part. Then at the end (can’t remember when it give you a pop up) there is a config where you have to run through a procedure on level ground, pressing the brake etc - it tells you what to do.Hello, I updated my MG4 trophy from R40 to R59, one of the updates failed and now the car is showing alerts for all the systems in the dash screen. If an update fails, you need to reprogram this specific module using the replacement function. Try doing this, it should work.Hello, I updated my MG4 trophy from R40 to R59, one of the updates failed and now the car is showing alerts for all the systems in the dash screen. Do you need with up to date BCM, GW and T-box software to refresh the app to get data? It does an automatic refresh when i start the app, but doesn't show data. With SIPS, there is a Routine to reset the TBOX
So I think they might be right about that.
And I think BCM (Body Control Module) and GW (Gateway) being updated could help to fix the Digital Key issues
Nope, because the app is using Saic Motor servers to work. But if the TBOX isn't fully operational, The app won't work.Do you need with up to date BCM, GW and T-box software to refresh the app to get data? It does an automatic refresh when i start the app, but doesn't show data.
The app works, the problem is that the automatic refresh don't show data. I need to refresh manually every time. After i refresh manually it's workNope, because the app is using Saic Motor servers to work. But if the TBOX isn't fully operational, The app won't work.
The car need data to work with the App.
Yeah, it’s the same for everyone. Gotta refresh manually like 2-4 times before the data finally shows up.The app works, the problem is that the automatic refresh don't show data. I need to refresh manually every time. After i refresh manually it's workView attachment 37622
