The question is "what" are you plugging into the 15A wall socket?
If you're looking at a 15A "Type 2 to Type 2" cable (aka "BYO cable") you still need to plug it into something (a wall box or similar).
That's where the granny charger point comes in with my earlier comment.

very careful with AliExpress products. Just because they claim 15A doesn't mean you should pull 15A from them. The copper cross section/gauge of cables is critically important, otherwise you risk heating up the cables and making your forum name literal
It's the same problem with extension cables, even compliant ones purchased locally from a reputable source. You might be able to pull 10A from them, but the voltage drop (and heat generation) can pose risks with high current demands. Eg my air compressor specifically states not to operate it with an extension cord. Voltage drop due to crappy copper cables is the primary reason why.
Don't underestimate how much strain charging an EV places on your equipment. It's a substantial amount of current for a substantial duration.
