Issue with AC charging/New CCU fitted (Phase One SE LR)

Finally got hold of someone helpful this morning. Part is due in next week. Have a Friday appointment to fit, promised a call on Thursday to confirm.

Rule 3: If rules 1 and 2 fail say someone will ring them back then promptly throw the bit of paper with their contact details on in the bin.

Sadly no, they (again) promised me a call either way on Thursday to confirm the part is in and ready for fitting. No doubt I will end up calling them or turn up on Friday and find they don't have it.

By the way, this is a good dealer. They are knowledgeable and when they get the car they usually do exactly what is asked. But it is a bit sad that even a good dealer can't make themselves properly available to be contacted.

Sorry, you are right. I guess the ability to use a pen and paper is above their pay grade
