Infotainment (a portmanteau of information and entertainment), also called soft news as a way to distinguish it from serious journalism or hard news, is a type of media, usually television or online, that provides a combination of information and entertainment. The term may be used disparagingly to devalue infotainment or soft news subjects in favor of more serious hard news subjects. Infotainment-based websites and social media apps are gaining traction due to their focused publishing of infotainment content, e.g. BuzzFeed.

    I don't know if anyone else has found that if they switch the lights from auto to off before the infotainment screen has finished booting it gets confused and gives up. It seems to start in light mode then realises the lights are on so better switch to dark mode then while it's still booting you...

    Infotainment does not shut down

    Hi. I have a 2023 ZSEV trophy long range. When I turn off the car using the start/stop button the infotainment stays on, so music keeps on playing etc. When I open the door and get out it still stays on. It only turns off when the car is locked. Is this normal?
