MG ZS EV subcompact crossover electric SUV
The MG ZS EV is a subcompact crossover electric SUV produced by the Chinese manufacturer SAIC Motor under the MG marque.

An all electric version made its debut as EZS at the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show, featuring a 44.5 kWh battery, and a front positioned motor producing 143 PS (141 hp; 105 kW) or 150 PS (148 hp; 110 kW) and 350 N⋅m (35.7 kg⋅m; 258 lb⋅ft) to the front wheels. It is available in the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Thailand, China, and India.

It was revealed in Australia in November 2020 as the cheapest electric car in the market of all time. MG Australia predicted a sales target of 3,000 unit for the 2021 model year.

Except for China, the electric SUV is officially named as ZS EV, while the official name in China is EZS.

    Hi, I have got my MG ZS EV today, I have left the key inside to see if it will sound the horn but it did not. Please can someone advise, if there is any setting issue? I was told that all software is uptodate, I can see the temperature and range on the screen.

    Bonnet damage by windscreen wipers.

    Hope this tip is useful to others;- I have placed a strip of rubber door edge protection along the rear edge of my bonnet. This should prevent damage to paint when trying to free frozen wipers. (Yes I know I should “park” wipers during frosty weather but never remember).

    low charging rate

    Hi, new to ev's. I'm using public charging, usually turn up with 20 miles remaining. dc rapid charge about an hour, never acheived 80% charge. one time left for 1.5 hours and only added 30 miles range in total. tried ac rapid , left for 1hour 15mins and gained 45 miles. is it the car?
