Why isn’t my car recognised by Tesla supercharging, say car not located or something to that effect?

Has anyone had an issue with the pulsing charging indicator, just noticed mine isn’t working even though the car is charging?

Is anyone else noticing reduced Regen levels in cold weather, I’m not sure if I noticed this before, but believed Regen was only affected if the battery level was too high that it could actually hold or take in the additional charge?? Looking for some advise on this matter.
