An all electric version made its debut as EZS at the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show, featuring a 44.5 kWh battery, and a front positioned motor producing 143 PS (141 hp; 105 kW) or 150 PS (148 hp; 110 kW) and 350 N⋅m (35.7 kg⋅m; 258 lb⋅ft) to the front wheels. It is available in the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Thailand, China, and India.
It was revealed in Australia in November 2020 as the cheapest electric car in the market of all time. MG Australia predicted a sales target of 3,000 unit for the 2021 model year.
Except for China, the electric SUV is officially named as ZS EV, while the official name in China is EZS.
Does anyone want to share their experience getting a home charger installed?
Who installed it?
What kind of charger?
Were you happy with the service? The product?
I'm thinking (again) about getting one, but there does seem to a worrying diversity in the quality of the service provided.
Come on, let's see you all flex those ranges. My GOM has been almost spot on so far and my long term average is 4 miles per kW and just ilu plugged to car to see this in normal (not eco).
Had a funny today, driving down the M6 through bad weather and noticed that both the BSD indicators were on and didn't reset when cars passed or I passed cars. Turned car off briefly but didn't reset it. Only after turning the car off for a good half hour did it reset. anyone else had this?
So I’m travelling along at a conservative 20mph and see a car pull up to a junction to my left but he clearly stopped shy of the line. All of a sudden the AEB kicked in at full force bringing me to a complete stop in less than a second, no collision warning, visual or audio.
Luckily the car...

I have a Trophy connect and have done about 700 miles so far. An orange warning light has come on with the words "maintain vehicle soon". I've looked in the online handbook, but can find nothing about this message. MG don't seem to know and have asked me to book it in. However, it seems very...
Hi all
Is there any way of reducing the charge that the car accepts to 2 kW so I can take advantage of the sunny sunny weather with my PV system, as my Ohme Home Pro does not do this?
Just drove car and Kers wasn't working on any settings. I have just done first balance charge to 100% so was wondering if that could be the problem, no space for regen? Would be grateful if someone could confirm before I call the garage.
Only two days to the new 222 Registration. Lets hear when you get your new wheels - when you ordered - from which dealer.
I thought we needed our own section of the forum that was relevant to us.
This may already be known but I found it the other day and it made the world of difference.
I came from the ZS ICE and one of my niggles was the complete lack of bass from the speaker system. When I got my ZS EV SE, I discovered that the sound was the same, until I found the "3D sound" setting...

Anyone on here know whether the order form completed by the dealer when ordering an MG ZS EV last November...December listed the application for the EV Grant or was it a completely different document
Hi Everyone,
I'm a new EV owner with my Trophy long range I picked up last week. I'm just getting into the 30% charge left range from 100% in the week I've had it.
I was just wondering what the general consensus is do I:
Let I run down to 10% then back to 80% at home.
Or
Just top it up...
