mg4

The MG4 EV is a battery electric small family car (C-segment) produced by the Chinese automotive manufacturer SAIC Motor under the British MG marque. First released in June 2022 as the MG Mulan in China, it is the first vehicle to be based on SAIC's battery electric Modular Scalable Platform (marketed as the Nebula platform in China). It was introduced in Europe as the MG4 EV in July 2022.

    Car keeps charging at 0,1Kw at 80% instead of stopping it?

    If I set the charging to 80% I see in the app that it keeps charging at 0,1Kw (doesn't go above 80%). Isn't it suppose to stop the charging instead? Or will it stop charging at some point?

    Charging speed

    Using a 22kW type 2 PodPoint but it’s only charging at 5.9kW. Battery was 56% charged so assume the lower rate is due to the battery level vs charging profile?

    Lights will not turn off when I lock the car

    SO, all of a sudden this morning, I get to work, get out, lock the car and notice my lights are still on!     I have just discovered that my new MG4 has no spare tyre! This is more than a little worrying. Acc to the manual there is a 'repair kit' which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Does anyone have any experience of actually dealing with a puncture? Does the tyre repair kit actually work? ?
